Voltaren Emulgel can be used for both back pain and inflammation of the painful conditions, like the joint, that occur when the muscles and joints in your body are affected.

Voltaren Emulgel contains an active ingredient called diclofenac diethylamine.
It contains diclofenac that is a type of diclofenac. Diclofenac works by stopping the activity of a substance that causes the muscles to weaken and get used to. Voltaren Emulgel contains this active ingredient as it can help relieve back pain and inflammation.

Voltaren Emulgel can be applied to the skin only where it is needed, without affecting the area being treated.

You should apply the lotion, gel or Emulgel only on the affected skin areas, and not on other skin types, as applying Voltaren Emulgel can cause irritation and wear off.
Voltaren Back & Muscle Pain Relief:
Voltaren is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory gel. It relieves pain and reduces inflammation (swelling). This gel is applied to the affected area twice a day. The first applied (first time) helps to decrease swelling and pain for up to 12 hours. Do not use more than 12 hours before planned pain.
Voltaren Back & Muscle Pain Relief Gel is for adults and adolescents (12 years and older) only. Do not use on children under 12 years old (or under the age of 12 years). Do not use on the face, ears, neck, or throat (if necessary). Do not use on broken or infected skin.
